The constraint
The house concept assumed a structural grid the shell could not provide, and the landlord's fit-out window closed four weeks earlier than the maison had planned for.

How we resolved it
We re-cut the vitrine module against the actual column centres, kept the facade rhythm the maison had signed off, and pre-ordered long-lead stone from a Chengdu quarry before tender closed.
