The constraint
Airside work meant a four-hour build window each night, staged material clearance, and zero tolerance on programme slip.

How we resolved it
We broke the build into 41 night packages, prefabricated the joinery off-site in Taichung, and ran a nightly clearance schedule with the terminal operator.
