Four hours a night
The working window was 01:00 to 05:00. Everything else — deliveries, clearance, waste — had to fit around it.
Prefabricate everything
All joinery was built and dry-assembled in Taichung, then broken down into pieces that fitted the clearance process and could be installed by four people in a single possession.
41 packages
The build was written as 41 discrete night packages, each with its own delivery manifest and its own completion state. If a night was lost, only that package moved.
